Sandbox Accounting Period
I am trying to save an item receipts in Sandbox, the testing environment of NetSuite. I could not save it because it doesn’t fall withing the accounting period. How do I set the accounting period in Sandbox? Thanks.
Go to setup>Accounting>Manage Period — select the period in question – click the checklist icon beside the period and it will open up the process of reopening the period
I am an administrator on the Production Account of NetSuite but I don’t have administrator on Sandbox. Therefore I don’t see the Manage Period. Can I give myself the Sandbox Administrator role from the live Production Account?
you will be required to search your employee profile in Sandbox, and assign administrator there. Then, you will be able to see the page.
