Rookie Question – List of 3 fields on custom form.
Rookie here, trying to learn NetSuite – should be an easy question.
I have a custom customer form where I’m adding data in a subtab. Scalar fields are trivial, but I need to record multiple values, where each value has multiple sub-parts. I can’t seem to find any examples or documentation on how to do this.
Basically, I need 0 or more entries, where each entry has a mandatory selection of an Age-Range list, a mandatory selection of a Gender list, and an entry of a Notes text field. Order is irrelevant.
Can anyone guide me to a solution to this? As a newbie, I’m really struggling to find effective how-to documentation in NetSuite’s help pages.

You could use a new Custom Record to store a set of information.
It is the equivalent of adding a new table to a database.
If that solution is suitable, try following the step in the linked document below, which should walk you through most of what you are trying to achieve.
