Reuse a Custom field in another custom record

This is my case, I created a custom record for payment request which include 4 different forms, but not all form can be used in employee center but only one form. Now I need to create one custom record for each form. Is there a way to reuse the custom field I already created in original custom record? or should I create for example subsidiary field 4 times for each custom record?

You can create one custom record for payment request and also you need to customize the custom form in 4 different ways and you can set the preferred for in the custom role level.
Hi, that is exactly how is setup right now, the issue is that employee center role only allow one form set as preferred and the other 3 forms are not displayed, that issue does not happens with other roles. I guess I will have to do a custom record for each form to overcome the issue.
