And in that case, how to resolve this issue ?
Most likely you’ve committed items to existing orders, but could be several other reasons as well. You’re going to have to poke around on this, but I’d start with “Selling Inventory” SuiteAnswer ID 28059 and maybe “Location Quantity Available Shows Zero Even if On Hand Quantity Is Greater Than or Less Than 0 and Committed Quantity Is Equal to 0” Suite Answers ID 68616 if it’s not already committed orders.

There is no open Sales Orders, all billed.
There is no picked / packed Item fulfillments, all shipped.
And I also checked SuiteAnswers, but there is no answer with that case.
