Programmatically Create Access Tokens?

We frequently need to create access tokens for new users. Is it possible to automate this process?

Things I’ve tried:

  • Suite Script: No ACCESS_TOKEN type in record.Type; don’t see any specific module for tokens
  • Workflow: No Access Token option in Record Type dropdown
