Order Status – SCA Elbrus
Hi all, I am looking to add an Order Status page. We are using SCA Elbrus 2017 so we don’t have access to the extension. What is the best way to add a “check order status” field that pulls the order status when an order # is submitted?
To add to this, we are hoping to integrate Chatbot to cut down on customer service calls and include an order status lookup in the chatbot popup as well. Chatbot uses webhooks but I am having issues connecting anything as I am not experienced with json, node, etc. https://www.chatbot.com/help/webhooks/setting-up-your-webhook/
