Not receiving email from email marketing campaign

First time testing email marketing campaigns with a small static saved search and group (just 3 contacts) and I never receive the email message. I do however receive confirmation email saying the campaign was excited successfully.

I’ve tried internal/external addresses and checked spam/quarantine folders. I’ve also confirmed with our admin they’re not being blocked by our mail server. No errors in the NS logs I can see either. Is there a setting/feature I’m missing?
