New employee no security questions?
My HR associate said that NetSuite is no longer asking for security questions when setting up a new employee. Was this changed recently in an update? If so, what has replaced this system for account recovery?
NetSuite still asks for Security questions – the person creating the record should not be able to set them, so I’m not sure why your HR was under impression they aren’t being asked for. They normally get asked for in 2nd or 3rd login after their account is created.
I now use two factor authentication almost exclusively so I’m *very* rarely asked for my security questions – but they are still set up.
