NetSuite Standard Customer Profitability Report Mismatch

Hi All

I am not sure whether any of you came across this issue before. Standard NetSuite Customer Profitability report does not consider Customer Payment Discount Taken amounts. Hence profitability report revenue figures are not tallying with income statement figures for a period.

I tried to customize the report and it looks like there no option for me to include the discount taken in to the standard report and the team who is requesting the report want the report similar to standard report and they don’t want it as a saved search.

Has anyone come across this issue? Is there a way for me to get this fixed? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
