NetSuite Customer Portal Saved Search
I am using the basic Customer Login Portal provided by NetSuite. I have published Saved Searches to each of my customers’ portals, however, they sometimes take a while to load when clicked on. I am wondering if it is possible to “pre-load” the searches in the background so when someone clicks on the link it the results show up instantly.

The loading of Saved Searches depends on 2 main factors:
- The amount of Data being searched through.
- The level of unique refinement added to that data and how that refinement is done.
To improve loading times you may want to look at either restricting the result amount displayed or adjusting the criteria.
I know there is a chrome extension that also allows for automatic refreshing of portlets HERE but I’m unsure of a native way of doing so.
Another option could be to schedule the search results to be emailed to your customers if this is something they are comfortable with.
