Marketing Opt-Out by List / Group etc
If I am sending an email to a dynamic list and they opt out of future emails, will it opting out from that dynamic list or the entire main list? I am creating multiple dynamic lists of clients based on regions. But we also have the whole list that will get yearly ‘happy holiday’ emails. I dont want to lose the ability to send them a happy holiday email because they opted out of a specific dynamic list. Any help is appreciated.
I’m pretty sure that once you opt out of email list it is for all marketing emails.
