We are doing an update over this weekend and need to lock down access to all users except the administrators.
I cannot remember, for the life of me, how to do that.
Can someone help?
The best way is probably to untick “Give Access” on the Employee record for all other users.
You should be able to do that with a CSV Import or Mass Update.
Hey Chris, is it possible to give access via CSV & assign a role at the same time?
i usually do a csv import to remove access for all none admin users. However, when giving access i usually do it manually and assign each role manually which is a bit tedious.
