Locations Sublist : “Add new line to sublist locations is not allowed.”

Good Day,

We are planning on completing a complete physical inventory. As I understand, we need to input “NEXT COUNT DATE” in order to have items populate on the Item Selection sub-list in the Inventory Count Set Up Screen.

When I attempt to upload as a CSV into the Item:Locations sub-list, I get the above error that items cannot be added to the sub-list.

Attempted So Far:

1.  Overwrite Sub-List Data
2.  Overwrite Missing Fields

If there is anything I am missing, please let me know. I have just started with Netsuite as of 3 weeks ago.
