Journal Approval WF doesn’t initiate for CSV JE Import
Hello Friend,
I have customize the JE WF & it is working as per the requirement. However it doesn’t initiate for the JE created using csv import. I have enabled the option – RUN SERVER SUITESCRIPT AND TRIGGER WORKFLOWS.
Can anyone help ?

Look at how your workflow triggers in the Event Definition area of the workflow itself. Is it set to run on the event types you’re doing with your import (create, edit, etc.)? Is “CSV Import” selected as one of the contexts for your workflow? Do you have any conditions or formulas on the workflow triggering that would exclude your import?
make sure trigger workflow and suitescript option is checked in the CSV import option. See bellow:
