JE approval for Super Users
Super User who doesn’t have a workflow approver or supervisor and is trying to create a journal entry. They are getting the following error: “This record cannot be routed for approval because the total amount exceeds the limit of all designated approvers.” Can Super Users create and approve their own journal entries?
It seems that you’re using a custom approval in your account. Someone has to validate this first. If you are using one indeed, then you can just have it customized wherein the that super user will get exempted from the approval routing.
