Item Receipt – Lock

It is possible to unlock the item receipt record once it locked?

Most likely a workflow is locking the record, if that is the case add an exception for a certain role in the record locking action of the workflow. Note that locking was done for some reason or control so not everyone can edit the record only designated role can (exception in workflow).

Upon checking no workflow configured in our Item Receipt. I got the answered from other netsuite user, they said that if the date/period was close the record will be locked by the system. Still thank you for your comment
