Is there a report for PDF files?
I am currently trying to find a report that filters through transactions on NS and picks any out that DOESN’T have a PDF files attached in the Communications tab? This is found on Bills, Supplier & Customer Records, Bill Payments and PO’s. If anyone could advise if there is such a report it would be much appreciated! Thank you!

You can create a Transaction saved search and in the criteria you should select your transaction types and select the “File Type” from the “join record File Fields…” and then finally use the operator “none of” to exclude the “PDF” file type.
The saved search will return all the transactions that do not have a PDF file attachment.
