Is it possible to use more than 5 decimal places in the qty line level field on transactions?

 

Client is working with items on transactions that sometimes go into 5,6,7,8 decimal places – is this possible in NS?

No, 5 decimal places is a hard limitation. There is an enhancement idea out there to change this limitation.
