Is it possible to get notified whenever a recipient from the campaign click-through the message?
Hello, I am trying to pull the details of the user who receives a notification when the recipient in my campaign response with click-through.
I have read that whenever a recipient of marketing email opens or clicks through a message, a request is sent to NetSuite’s server to record the response.
Is it possible to receive that response at any specific email?
|It is not possible to get an email for simple click through the message.
But you can use click and email, Suitescript can be called on link/button click and that script can then trigger the desire mail.

You can designate the email address that the campaign comes from and what address the “Reply” goes to. It is not possible to receive an email when a user simply clicks on a link from your campaign. You can track the results of the campaign on the statistics report of the campaign record.
