Invoice factoring in NetSuite

Hello, I was wondering if any of you experts had the opportunity to find a solution for NetSuite to handle the below in NetSuite, where invoice is paid to customer by another party.

like the following:

Where Company A send invoice to customer A, and Company A has a factoring agreement with Company B to pay 90% of the invoice for Customer A and when customer A has finally paid the invoice to Company B, Company B then pays the reminder excluding their fee to Company A.
