How to upload Multi Year Price Book with Time Based billing feature enabled? (SuiteBilling)

Hey everyone.

My question is related to uploading data for SuiteBilling.

Im currently trying to use CSV import to upload Multi Year Price Books into the system. I uploaded the subscription plans and price plans.

All my price books which start on year 1 get uploaded correctly. I am somehow unable to upload the files which have an associated upcharge/uplift for the corresponding year. Multi year price books error out with this:

TypeError: Cannot read property “lineNum” from undefined (NLRecordScripting.scriptInit$lib#222)

Does anyone have experience with this?
