How to pull relationship – primary contact on pick ticket advanced pdf?
I know that advanced PDFs really only like Primary Contact and Alternative Contact, but I can’t figure out how to get the Sales Order’s Primary Contact’s name on the pick ticket. I know I can do a transaction body field (like here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/74556980/netsuite-advance-pdf-html-template-sourcing-the-contact-field-from-the-po-trans) but I don’t know what to put in the formula. Is it {customer.contact}? My client uses the relationships subtab for all their contact information so the header information isn’t necessarily accurate for contacts.
