How should we handle Box Subscription?

I am implementing NetSuite for my Box Subscription company and I am not sure how to list my subscription product.

Every month we send out a different box to the active customers we have. Each month the box will be having different items/components.

The customers pay monthly and their box of the month will be sent out at the end of the month.

After we are done sending out the boxes then we place that box as a product in our marketplace for sale.

Subscription is always open for customers on our WooCommerce website for purchase.

If I put the monthly subscription as an assembly item then every month I have to update my components. That is okay to do if that is the right way, but until I complete the work order for the monthly subscription, it has zero stock number which is not compatible with the subscription to be available for purchase 24/7

If I put the monthly subscription as a noninventory item, then how the order of the monthly subscription can be linked to the assembly item I send for that month.

You could consider using an Item Group or a Kit/Package instead of an Assembly Item. Item Groups allow you to add individual items to a single grouped item and the grouped item gets it’s price from the total price of all items. This also lists all of the items in the group on the invoice. A Kit/Package lets you group items under a single listing as well, but lets you set the price of the Kit/Package. Only the Kit/Package Item is listed on the invoice.

Neither Item Type needs to be assembled. The availability will be derived from the total components available. No work orders necessary.
