How do you see the criteria that NetSuite is using for Standard KPIs?
I’ve asked this question a couple of times in different contexts, but I’ve never really gotten an answer that explained what is happening here.
The challenge I’m having is that when using NetSuite standard KPIs, very often the “summary” value (e.g., the value that shows on the “Key Performance Indicators” section of the dashboard) does not match the detail value (that you see when you click on the KPI). Here’s an example:

This shows my inventory value at $93,340. That value is incorrect by an order of magnitude. When I click on the $93,340, the “Inventory Valuation Summary” report comes up, and in this specific case, the total on the report is over $3.4 million (which is correct).

This problem is affecting all users. Even when I login as an Admin, the Summary information is dramatically off from the actual value.
Is there anywhere to see how/where NetSuite is calculating the Summary value for the Standard KPIs? If I could see how NetSuite is calculating the $93k, it might point to the problem.
The above Inventory value is just an example of this problem. The differences are not normally as egregious. It’s definitely not a refresh issue as this particular KPI has been off for over a week for everyone. What I really need to see is how (e.g., what criteria/filters is NetSuite using) for the standard KPI summary calculations?
