How do I force Supply Planning to generate the sub-assembly work orders for the same day as the finished good assembly?

I am using supply planning to generate work orders for finished assemblies and sub assemblies.  The finished good supply plans are created first, and the work orders are firmed.  Then, the supply plan for all of the sub-assemblies is run.  It is creating the work orders for the sub assemblies to be started the day before the finished assemblies.  I want all of them to be scheduled on the same day as the finished assemblies.  Is there a way to do this?  No, there is no lead time set on the location of the sub-assemblies.
