How can we get a flag that we are using the customer PO again? we have a team entering orders and we find that we are entering duplicate orders. And we get NO message in NetSuite that “this is a duplicate po”.

Opps! for a rookie it will be quite complicated, you need at least mid level knowledge on how to create workflow and some what advance saved search. You are better off getting some experts to do it.
