How can I attached the PO in PDF when I send the electronic invoice in XML format

I need to know what are the steps to attach the PO in pdf or other document in pdf to the electronic invoice.
I need to create a file XML with invoice and PO .

How are you sending the invoice? Does the XML only contain the PO? And then you need to attach it to that particular email?
