Has anybody tried to deploy custom forms(entity , transaction) via sdf?

All the dependencies were satisfied and validation against the account was also successful. Below is the error i received in eclipse.

An error occurred during custom object update.

I am having a similar problem. With Forms on Custom Record.

An unexpected error has occurred (custform_141_t2161167_331)
Details: The quickAdd value of the name field object cannot be modified.
File: ~/Objects/custform_141_t2161167_331.xml
