Getting the Timezone wherever user opens the Netsuite.

Is it possible to get the timezone of the user wherever the user opens netsuite like if the User is in India then Indian timezone should be prompted and if the same user reaches to Japan then Japan timezone should be alerted.

Do you mean the timezone on their computer or their preference in NetSuite?
