Generate Item Supply plan – double PO proposal

Do you have the same problem ?
When I Generate Item Supply Plan for Item with safety stock, system propose me quantity to cover SS. In Order Items I isse PO but with real receipt date acc to Lead Time – eg. in one month from Start Date. Next day I Generate Supply Plan once again for this item and system propose me to buy it again to cover Safety stock on start day…
For me it is strange system behaviour. Do you have the same ?
Can you confirm system behaviour ?
Do you have some solution for such situation ?

Ok. I found an answer.
The solution is to set Time Fence on Item which is equal to Lead Time.
