Filter Location on Sales Order by Role / Saved Search / Script
I’ve got sales managers over multiple locations within their division (class) is it possible to use a saved search as a filter or a script to filter the locations drop down for only their division on a sales order form? Ive created a custom field on the location called “Division Location” where I pair the location to the Class (Division).
4 divisions -> 25 locations but their 1 division is 6 locations. It would make it easier to limit mistakes from choosing the wrong location.
Does every Sales manager have a separate role?
So a role for division 1/2/3 etc.
