Extracting items data to map import template
I am trying to do a saved search to backup existing items in the sandbox before deleting transactions and items to reimport the items. This is because we are yet to go live and the costing method was changed for all the items. The item import template contains different columns for every single bin it is allocated to but if we get saved search extract, it will add a line for each of them.
Has anyone gone through this situation and maybe used a SS formula to achieve this?
Please advise.
Maybe group your result by the internalid of the item so you don’t see many results for the same item?
