Emailing from Saved search
Hi all,
Created a Saved Search for statement. wanted to send individual statement to individual company. Don’t know how to schedule individual company. That’s why tried to email clicking on the email button of saved search. When I click on the Email button from Saved Search, their is no option to give Subject for the email. I can not find a way to edit the subject line of the email. It shows “Search: Search Result”. I wanted to show ‘Statement’ instead.

Hi. I don’t think you can control that. You could consider scheduling the saved search email, which would allow you to set the Subject for it (under Email –> Customize Message).
Thank you. I can not schedule the saved search because their are many companies. I dont know if their any way to send specific Statement to specific customers from the saved search.

You could have regular statements sent to customers based on the results of a saved search. You would need a workflow (or script) for that.
Thank you so much. Really appreciate your help. I am working on NS for like 2 months, we dont have sandbox. I can not find any documentation on statement workflow, thats why still can not do that.
