Customer Saved Search showing files to be displayed on Customer Center dashboard
I created a customer search to show customer name, file name, URL and published it on customer portal for each customer to see their specific files but what I found out was that 1) I cannot open the file document from that search in customer center (Error: You do not have access to media item you selected) and 2) how can I only restrict those files to that customer to whom that customer center belongs. Any help would be appreciated ?
I can only partially answer:
Question 1) Check the “Available without login” box on your file.
Question 2) make a criteria that compares to the user’s company perhaps? (EDUCATED GUESS!)
