CSS styles are not effecting (Local distribution not changing )2019.1
Hi there,
Currently, I am working on 2019.1 theme development. whenever I am trying to change sass files its not working(i am unable to see changes in local) and also local distribution files not changing according to my local changes. pleas help me out of this

What steps have you taken to troubleshoot this? Are any error messages returned? Do the Sass jobs complete successfully? Are you running the correct tools for your version?

Once I deploy and tried to activate in backend I am getting some Sass job errors and once solved those errors. now its working fine for me,
By the way, I am using developers tools with node version 10.15.3.
Here I have one more issue, whenever I am trying to run any two combinations of developer tools (theme, extension, and suitecommerece advanced bundles) developer tools are working as it’s showing local is running but unable to get the changes. Do i need to do any extra thing changing port or something else ??

It is not good practice to run both sets of tools at the same time so we do not support that use case.
