Count the number of times certain saved searches / reports ran in a given period of time
Hi all, I am creating a saved search of saved searches matching a certain sets of criteria – are we able to do a count on the number of times a particular set of searches was run in the last 12 months?
The same question for reports also.
I’m about 95% sure you cannot answer either question.
Did a quick test and seems impossible. What you can try is to look at the “Execution Log” tab and there you will have an idea of how many times a search was run. Awfully manual and painful yes but looks like the only alternative for now.
