Changing the Standard Transaction Email template to Custom Template

Good Day.  While sending customer statements using the “Generate Statement” function, I am trying to change the default standard transaction email template when sending Customer Statements to a customized email template, how can this be done?

You should be able to find the email template under Documents > Templates > E-mail Templates.

Once customised, you can associated the template with a customised Statement form (Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms).

And either set this to default or select it when on the Generate Statements page.

Thanks.  I am able to get customize and send out the actual subsidiary PDF template for the correct subsidiary.  I am having trouble with customizing the actual email message.  I am not seeing an option to select the customized message.

I have set the custom message as the default but the “Generate Statement” page still uses the standard email transaction template message in the email.  Any advice would be appreciated.
