Case Capture not working

Emails sent to our support profile email addresses are not creating cases.

cases sent to cases.xxxxxx_27.f1517c367a@xxxxxx.email.netsuite.com are not being received by NetSuite.

We are on the US Phoenix 6 data center.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue ?
