Can’t find new AMEX Integration SuiteApp
According to the 2020.2 release documentation and the current Netsuite Help Docs there is supposed to be a AMEX Corporate Card Integration SuiteApp. However I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Anyone know how to get this bundle installed?
I contacted NS last week and they told me to contact Amex and see when they plan on releasing the app as NS does not have a date. ( I sill have not contacted Amex) I was also under the same understanding that this may be released with 2020.2, but we got updated Friday and I still don’t see the app….I will keep you updated if I get any new info.
Thanks for the info! Really appreciate you answering my question so quickly. I will probably reach out to AMEX as well and see what I can find out from them. I’ll post back if I make any headway.

Yup, looks like you have to have NS release the app to your account.
As of this morning I no longer see the app…..I will see what NS has to say.
We reached out to NetSuite through our implementation vendor and were able to get the app released to our account. We have it installed but unfortunately now cannot seem to find anyone at American Express that knows anything about the integration or how to provide us the credentials to the AMEX Gateway that are referenced in the NetSuite documentation regarding the app.
If anyone has an email, telephone number or department to contact at Amex about this we would be very thankful.
Has anyone e setup the Amex Integration? If so, did you need to contact American Express to get a user name and password for the AMEX SERVER URL? Trying to figure out how to get this configured. Also, once configured do the individual transactions appear for expense reports? Also, to the individual transactions appear on the right side of the Match Bank Data so they can be matched with the imported Amex transactions? Has anyone found any further documentation?
Any movement on this SuiteApp? NetSuite says contact Amex, Amex doesn’t know anything about it. We’ve got it installed, just don’t have credentials to access Amex’s Secure File Transfer Gateway, and no one at Amex knows what that is or who to refer us to in order to get access.
We are having the same exact issue, and I have given up for now until NS and Amex can communicate.
