Can you use text rather than Internal ID in a saved search URL
I am trying to create a link on a saved search to another saved search with a filter set. The first saved search is a transaction search (and needs to be) and I want to create link to another saved search with the Customer Category set. This is a field on the Customer record but not the transaction record so from my original saved search I can access Customer Fields : Customer Category but then not the internal ID that is needs for the custom URL – is there anyway that you can use the Text from the customer category field rather than the internal ID?

You can create the Transaction saved search and get the Customer Category from the Customer Fields. Use this field id “name.custbodycustomercategory”
