Can NetSuite handle if a Buyer would like to allocate a percentage of an invoice to a particular location or number of users?
Chicago has a Personal Property Lease Tax (PPLT), and it is based on users that work in Chicago. We have a client that purchased one of our products that subjects them to the Chicago PPLT, however not all their users are in Chicago, so we want to apply a percentage of the invoice to calculate the proper PPLT for the client.
