Can Classification records be used natively in Customer/Lead forms?

I am currently working on a workflow that can auto populate fields with a button.


The issue stems from the fact that I am being asked that the fields that the button needs to populate are


I cannot see these fields in the lead form. I have them enabled in the enabled features.


I can create a custom entity field that uses those records as references, but I am told that there is a native way to have them be visible.

Please help.

Not natively, no. Custom entity field sourcing the department/class/location list is the way to go if you want to display these on entity records.  Check out “Assign Class Department Location to Customer and Other Entity Records” SuiteAnswers ID 72014.
