Budget Saved Search

Hi Everyone,

Good Day!

Does anyone know how to display the period with amount  of the specific budget in saved search?

Any tips or suggestion much appreciated.

Hi,

The support for Budgets is certainly a little patchy… Do you need to use a Saved Search or would SuiteAnalytics be OK? You can get this sort of thing with SuiteAnalytics:

I would prepared to use Saved Search to meet our criteria. Because we want it the budget to minus the expense budget and the result will be the value of custom field.

Process:

Saved Search for dedicated Budget – Saved Search for Budget Expense = result will be displayed on custom field

Saved search for budget expense – already created using PO
Saved search for dedicated budget – current challenges are per period with amount value

Hi,

To create a saved search for budget control:

  1. Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches.
  2. Click Edit next to the Budget Transaction Consumed Amount saved search.
  3. In the Search Title field, enter a new name for the saved search.
  4. In the Standard sublist of the Criteria subtab, add and update the filters.
  5. Click Save As.
