Bots Attacking NetSuite Online Client Forms on Website

Hi all!

Does anyone else use NetSuite Online Client Forms for their website? We are being attacked by bots and I am starting to lose it. We have a ReCaptcha on the form and they are still getting through. What has everyone done? How do I make it stop?\

Here is one of the pages that has the form: https://littlesunshine.com/contact-us/

We have been getting like 20+ a day on two different forms.

Help, please!

Thanks!

You might try doing a more custom captcha.  There is a chance things are bots, but they also might be hired people.  If they are bots, do a custom captcha of your own make that’s something like this:

“Whats one plus two” (numbers randomized and written out as words rather than numbers)

Have them write out the answer (“three” versus 3).

It’ll catch the bots, but won’t catch any humans doing spam (which will already get past the Captcha, and can be hired for pretty cheap).

Thank you! I have never done a custom captcha. Do you have any tutorials to recommend on how to do that or even a company that we can look at that offers those services?

Open to any suggestions at this point.

I don’t.  Never coded one before actually, just didn’t seem terribly hard.  Are the online client forms connected to a Suitelet (never used them before)?
