Automating overtime payroll item

I am looking for a way to automate the process of tracking overtime for hourly employees.

 

We track time in NetSuite, and I would like to be able to automatically pay overtime if they go over 40 hours in one week.

This gets messy quickly- best answer I am aware of is to script this to meet your requirements
