Automatically mark dropship purchase order as fulfilled?

I was hoping to be able to use the ‘transform record’ action to automatically fulfill a dropship purchase order. This option is not available for me with this action type.

Does anyone know of a way to to make this work?

Well, I’m not sure with POs, but I have a search/workflow that fulfills a sales order every 30 minutes.

I have a search with these criteria:

RE: Automatically mark dropship purchase order as fulfilled?

Then the results:

RE: Automatically mark dropship purchase order as fulfilled?

My workflow schedulr:

RE: Automatically mark dropship purchase order as fulfilled?

If results are found on the search, it performs the transform record action:

RE: Automatically mark dropship purchase order as fulfilled?
