Auto Transfer comments from Customer Record
I am wanting the comments that are on the customer record to automatically copy over and populate onto SO’s. Any ideas on the best way to get that to happen?
Create a custom field on your sales order.
Ensure you create the same type of field. If the information in the customer record is in a text box, then create a text box on the sales order.
Under Sourcing and Filtering
Source list = Entity
Source from = Select the field in the customer record you want in the sales order.
