Attach Message: “Attach To” recipients list
When using the “Attach Message” popup to attach an email to a Sales Order, what determines the list of recipients that appear in the “ATTACH TO” drop down select? For reference, this is a Sales Order where the Entity (Customer) is an Individual.

Ideally, if the customer used on the Saled Order is individual type then the “Attach To” dropdown list should only show that customer.
Do you see multiple customers in the dropdown list? if yes, can you check if the customer has any sub customers or sub leads associated in NetSuite?
I figured it out, I had to add the Company to the Contact, rather than the other way around.
