AR Aging
When I run an AR Aging Report in NetSuite report – the report is showing the billable expenses in the income statement account vs showing the amounts in the actual A/R account. How can I fix this?

There are a few things you can check below:
- Have you checked the approval status?
- Has the expense report been added with a customer in the line?
- Has the expense been included on a billing record?
All of these would lead to the expense still being included on the Income Statement and not on the AR Aging – as there is no customer to credit.
