Anyone knows how to enable users to delete “User Notes” created by other users without Administrator role?
I am trying to give our Support Manager the ability to delete notes created by their subordinates where necessary.
On the role setup there is a permission called Notes Tab under the List section. You can set it to Full to allow them to delete but it would apply to all user notes I believe.
I have tested this and unfortunately this didn’t work.
That permission allows them to delete their own notes, but not others.
This is an enhancement
Thanks, I just received a response today from NetSuite Support confirming this as well.

“Upon further checking, it turns out that this deleting other users’ note is pending enhancement with NetSuite. This has already been endorsed to our engineers for review, however, it has no definite date yet as to when will this be implemented.”
Still not enhanced. I had to script this (User Event plus custom field).
